Introduction
A face-to-face meeting or a telephone conversation where we can discuss the qualifying criteria will take place with you. This way we can quickly identify your projects that meet HMRC's requirements. Planning and data gathering processes, defining roles and responsibilities and time scales will then be discussed.
Information Gathering
We work closely with you to gather the cost and project information needed to produce a strong R&D claim.
R&D Report
A technical report, that meets HMRC’s criteria, will be drafted to support the claim.
Submission
Provident Tax submits the final claim and project report to HMRC, liaising directly with them to progress the claim and make sure you receive your R&D Tax Relief Benefit. We ensure you are kept fully up-to-date as the claim process proceeds.
